TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
RAMARÉVE is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RAMARÉVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
